ACTS of APOSTOLOS - Lesson 15
Our story left off with a miracle that couldn’t be ignored but needed to be explained. The miracles of God are like that … always surprising, never self-induced. And, miracles are distinctly accomplished for a divine purpose that calls for Scriptural explanation. (cf v. 12) So Peter sets about explaining where Jesus comes into the picture. Rejected, persecuted and finally crucified … “handed over … killed … disowned.” (v.13-14).[more]
