The International Headquarters encompasses a system of twelve departments, created to oversee the worldwide network of ACM ministries. Leaders from ACMs around the world serve as members in each department. The International Headquarters provides the structure through which ongoing missions are supported and united, and guides the development and growth of ACM missions on the foundation of the original vision of its founders.
1. Department of General Affairs- To administer over all departments and schedule special events or meetings during which representatives gather to discuss the activities and progress of each department. It is also the responsibility of General Affairs to set up special committees when deemed necessary.
2. Secretariat- To keep notes and records of all online and offline conferences, archive past records, maintain current updates on all contact and member information for international branches, and post announcements from each department.
3. Missions Department- To draft specific mission plans for each country, record standards and goals set by each nation, and monitor missionary activities; research the culture and society of countries and campuses and develop mission guides; direct pioneering activities and guide missionaries in VISA application procedures.
4. Education Department- To establish the education system for each region of the world, develop lecture guides and other online and offline publications, supply Bible study resources, and provide leadership training for missions.
5. Finance Department- To monitor, manage, and record the budget for International Headquarters activities, collect financial reports from every international branch, oversee the donations program, and direct the use of funds to support pioneering or ongoing missions.
6. Reporting Department- To provide contents for international and regional websites, oversee regional committees, and establish a global reporting network.
7. IP (Intercessory Prayer) Department- To collect international goals and prayer topics, intercede and mediate for each nation through prayers, share visions and grace from prayers, and regulate prayer standards internationally.
8. Web Department- To build and maintain websites, create advanced web designs, and conduct research on website development.
9. Public Relations Department- To oversee the establishment of the Board of Trustees, made up of members from each nation, serve as the liaison in building relationships between ACM and other Christian organizations, and organize personal, regional, or national meetings with Christian leaders.
10. Publishing Department- To support, design and publish all printed materials for ACM missions, including: membership cards, bulletins, offline newsletters, books, flyers, and business cards.
11. Culture Department- To promote Christian culture amongst student life within universities and unite the spirits and visions of the Christian believers through arrangements of cultural gathering and events.
12. Information Technology (IT) Department- To research on possible methods to promote evangelism via Internet and technologies and organize contents and information to post electronically to the public. |
